With over 4 years of experience in the fitness industry, Rep Max Fitness offers face to face personal training based on The Wirral surrounding areas and Liverpool City, bespoke workout and nutrition plans, and online coaching for anyone around the world, including some celebrities…Shhhh.

My goal is to help everyone achieve their fitness and health goals, no matter what size, age or ability. From complete beginners to exercise and working out, to absolute fitness professionals who are eager to keep smashing their goals. I will help you get fitter and stronger, feel more comfortable in your own skin and maintain body confidence, lead a healthier lifestyle, and help you reach your goals both in fitness and in everyday life.

I will help you improve your diet and knowledge of nutrition, which is vital in your journey, and will have positive impact on both your mental and physical health. I’ll help you look after yourself, and together we can change your lifestyle for the better.

With hard work, commitment and perseverance you will change your life for the better. Once you start seeing results it will be the best decision you have ever made. I absolutely love being a personal trainer - I love my clients, I love motivating others to be fit, and to be motivated by them. I love making people smile as much as I love making them sweat.
