Refunds

If you cancel a contract between us after payment for any session bookings no refund will be granted unless under exceptional circumstances .

Faulty Products

If any Product is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we may offer an exchange or refund, as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.  If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty, you must promptly inform us in writing, giving us your name, address and order reference.  Nothing in this section affects your legal rights. If you sign for a Product and do not notify the delivery person of any damage to the Product, then this may result in us refusing a refund.
