New Private Boutique Studio Open in West Kirby!

The past couple of months have been full-on between training my amazing clients and working hard behind the scenes on a huge project… I can finally share it: Rep Max Fitness is moving into its brand new home in West Kirby!

I honestly couldn’t be more excited (and proud) to welcome you all into it.

This space means everything to me. We’ve poured countless hours day and night into building something that not only represents the future of Rep Max Fitness, but also gives my business solid foundations to grow and thrive.

When I think back to starting this journey nearly 7 years ago during the first lockdown, it’s incredible to see how far things have come. What began as an idea in uncertain times has grown into something so real and fulfilling. I feel truly blessed and grateful for everyone who’s supported me along the way.

My job has never felt like “work,” and I can’t wait to continue helping more people achieve their goals in this next exciting chapter.
